Good location near transportation and attractions, including the lake. Many options for food and shopping nearby. Free wifi and breakfast were nice. Room was comfortable with a large bathroom and balcony. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Zurich. The room was a good size and had all the amenities I needed. The shower room was well-designed and even had a heater with a timer knob. The staff were cute and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The restaurant, Le Jardin, served superb food, and the breakfast was delicious. I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, the lake, and trams all nearby. It was also conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get to the airport. The hotel itself was lovely, clean, and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even surprised us with a bottle of prosecco and chocolates to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. The room was a good size and had thoughtful features like a hidden shower room door and well-placed lighting. The hotel also had great facilities such as a cozy bar and a free Nespresso machine in the room.

Excellent service, even before check-in. We arrived jet-lagged and the staff were very good too accommodate us. Convenient location near main train station and rail lines. The room was small but met our needs. I'll highly recommend this hotel.

Good sized room, well-equipped with a clever shower door. Thoughtful lighting and a timer heater in the bathroom. Tasty welcome apples at reception, free Nespresso machine, water, and tea in the room. Friendly staff and excellent restaurant.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations. the friendly staff greeted us with refreshing drinks and efficiently checked us in. Our room had luxurious amenities and breathtaking views from the balcony. the restaurant served delicious meals and the bar/lounge area was perfect for winding down.

The only minor issue we encountered was the noise level in our room. the sound from the hallway and other guests was easily heard during the night, affecting our sleep.
